Every apartment is cleaned, painted and has the carpet cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.
Yes, we have 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
Call the office or submit a work order online through Resident Services.
Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.
We can troubleshoot problems with smart locks in the office during business hours or you can call Smart Rent at (844) 479-1555.
Yes, but there are some limitations.
Swimming pool with sundeck, community building, 24-hour fitness center, Smart Home Technology, Amazon Hub, grilling stations with seating, and a business center.
Yes, there is free lot parking as well as reserved garages with remote openers for lease.
Every apartment has a full-size washer and dryer provided.
Yes, we allow up to two pets, dogs and/or cats, per apartment. All pets must be spayed or neutered and approved by the Property Manager.
There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee where applicable and additional monthly pet rent per pet in the unit. Please see our Pet Policy on the Amenities page for additional information.
Yes, the weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Please contact the office for breed restrictions.

Yes, we offer corporate housing through VIA by Edward Rose. Please contact your Leasing Office for more information.
There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent the community building where applicable.

There is a Cancellation Premium due at the time you submit your move-out notice. The cost varies per unit. You also need to pay rent throughout your notice period.

We are centrally located near various shopping venues.
Starbucks and Scooters Coffee are both about a mile away.
We are a quarter of a mile south of US Hwy 72 E/Lee Hwy/AL-2 off French Farms Blvd. West of US Hwy 31.
